5th of July

As I mentioned in my last post our fireworks here on base were pushed back until Friday the 5th due to rain (not sure who made that call since it stopped raining in the afternoon!). My 3 day weekend ended on Thursday so I got to watch from work. Which isn't so bad considering they let them off in the field next to the gym so we have to close early. Now that is something to celebrate ;]

I wasn't able to see the fireworks as they exploded overheard but I did get an angle I have never seen before. ((I started this post last week.. got a little busy!))
