I'm a few days late on this so let's just pretend it's July 7! Today marks one year we have been in San Diego. One down two to go ; ] When I look back over that time it doesn't seem like much has happened...
For me the big things have been physical. For one I have my life back! That's huge in my opinion.
We've stayed in the same apartment for the ENTIRE year. That right there folks is a first for Frank and I.
We've made some amazing friends, another first, they are mostly our neighbors.
We've once and for all figured out a financial plan to get rid of the rest of our debt (more on that later).
We found a church we both love! That's a first for me.
We've been "pushed down" many times and have gotten right back up. We don't let low-life criminals scare us, we just keep on going with our lives.
There have been countless other things we have done or gone through this last year, but all I keep thinking about is how fast it went. Seriously, it's crazy ha. I'm hoping this next year is just as exciting, with lots of new adventures waiting for us. Nothings fun with the same old same old!

You are so right! The last year has flown by for me too, and I can't wait to see how far we've come next year! Congrats on making great friends and finding a church you love, thats awesome!
How exciting! We just past our 1 year milestone of moving too. Funny how much has happened in the last 365 days! Hope year 2 is even better!
It sounds like it has been an amazing year where you have grown alot!
