Fast lane chow mien. So good!
When they say this is fast and easy they aren't kidding! This is a new staples for me. What I love is that I can alter it for Frank since he doesn't like mushrooms.
This post was suppose to have more food updates, but since I've hit my quote (BOO!) I'm apparently going to have to purchase more space. I've heard it's only $5 a year so not bad, but super annoying. Anyways, I don't feel like doing it right now so I guess I'll just give the links to the other recipes.
Bean burritos with salsa: Something you can think up on your own of course. I added the salsa to the beans while they were heating which made it very tasty.
Garlic spinach: A MUST!!
Southwest vegetable stew: Served it over a cooked plain baked potato. Perfect for a fall or winter day. It was neither for me, but I still enjoyed it :]
Stir-fried vegetables with rice: I love stir-fry so this did not disappoint.

The chow mein sounds really yummy!
I've been meaning to comment forever--but I'm so glad you're holding up well and Advocare sounds really exciting!
Yum to food. I always want new burrito recipes--I'll check this out!
Just want you to know that I cleaned the refrigerator in the basement today... you know, the one you said you'd clean when you were home at Thanksgiving... Yeah, it was scary dirty. I swear your Dad is blind to spills... Anyway, since Dad went to Roslyn for the night, and I was so tired I bought takeout from Olive Garden. Apricot Chicken & Salad.. yum.. although for a child that couldn't boil water, the recipes you post sure do look good.
Love Mom
